2. No Guarantee of Results

Digital Quantum LLC operates under an obligation of means only.

We do not guarantee:
Search engine rankings
Advertising performance
Revenue, leads, or conversions
Any specific business outcome

Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Grant required access to platforms and tools
Respect agreed payment terms
Collaborate in good faith

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and performance.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in contractual documents.
Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

Digital Quantum LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client during the three (1) month preceding the claim

6. Third-Party Platforms

Digital Quantum LLC is not responsible for decisions, suspensions, algorithm changes, or policy updates made by third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising or analytics providers.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual terms or in the event of material breach.

All outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of New York.
